Verizon Wireless For nearly a decade, the nation’s largest wireless communications provider and its legacy companies have relied on Carolina PR for public relations counsel. We manage strategic communications and public relations programs for the company's Carolinas and Central Texas regions. Carolina PR Provides Branding and Identity Development to National Answering Service Business CTI Service Group was one of the largest answering services operating in the Southeast with specialized medical and mission critical call centers. The business wanted to grow and add more regional and national clients, needed a new Web site, and improved marketing collateral. Carolina PR in partnership with MarketComm counseled CTI on the need for a stronger brand for nationwide Web optimization and that counsel led to the development of a new, more unique name for the company -- Syntheny. Carolina PR's design staff created Syntheny's logo and redesigned its marketing materials. A new Web site was developed and media relations work helped get the company a major story in The Charlotte Observer. That story helped Syntheny earn the Charlotte Chamber's Amazing Customer Service Award and fueled Syntheny's growing reputation. |
