January 28, 2008 New Staff Moves at Carolina PR Carolina Public Relations/Marketing is starting 2008 with a staff addition and a promotion of a current employee. Joining the firm as administrative coordinator is Emily McIntire. Amanda Kirkpatrick has been promoted to account manager. Prior to joining Carolina PR, McIntire was the campaign coordinator for the 2007 Charlotte-Mecklenburg bonds campaign and worked with PRG Real Estate Management, Inc., as marketing director for a Charlotte apartment community. An Indiana native, she earned a B.A. in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston. Kirkpatrick has worked with Carolina PR for two years. Before joining the firm, she was public relations and special events coordinator for Drayton Hall, a National Trust Historic Site in Charleston, SC. She has a B.A. in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston. Amanda is active in the Charlotte Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and is chair of the PRSA chapter’s Young Professionals group. ### |
